To gather together the SMEs technology needs, making them aware of the market and technology trends (i.e. functional food).

Creation of SMEs working groups with similar innovation needs.

To enhance the entities competitiveness, through the information dissemination and the improvement of the technological state of the art.

To take advantage of the cooperation culture and trust built within SPAS working groups for future common cooperation activities, i.e. encouraging the SMEs to go into further commercial cooperation (new markets,export agreements, etc.)
